About

Seam-Less™ Material Suite is an editor toolkit for preparing game-ready PBR materials directly in s&box from images.

It includes a Seam-Less tool for helping make textures tile more cleanly, plus a PBR Generator for creating full stack PBR maps including albedo, height, normal, roughness, ambient occlusion, metallic, and ORM maps from a single image.

The generated PBR maps are estimates. They are meant to give you useful PBR maps that can be adjusted, previewed, and exported quickly and are not meant to be perfect or as good as baked or hand crafted maps.

Seamless tool features:
- Texture bombing / stochastic tiling mode
- Wang tiles with random UV offset
- Irregular patch masks
- Graph Cut Synthesis seam repair mode
- Standard seam offset blend. "Default mode" supports different shapes
- Multiple result preview modes
- Bake and export results

PBR Generator features:

- Ability to link seamless output to PBR generator
- Generate albedo/base color maps
- Generate height maps
- Generate normal maps from height/detail information
- Generate roughness maps
- Generate ambient occlusion maps
- Generate metallic maps
- Generate packed ORM maps
- Preview generated material results(EXPERIMENTAL)
- Adjust generated map settings
- Bake and export generated PBR maps

Note: The 3D Preview is experimental, and previewing textures larger than 4k is not recommended.
