ASTEROIDZ: Space Adventure
Blast asteroids, level up your pilot, and stack upgrades in a fast arcade roguelite.
Controls
Thrust - W
Boost - Shift + W (faster, but heats the engine)
Rotate - A / D
Fire - Space
Pick upgrade - 1 / 2 / 3 (on level up)
Restart run - hold R
Fly and destroy
Tight, drifting space movement with a twist: hold Shift + W to BOOST for a burst of speed - but watch the engine heat, push too hard and you overheat. Blast asteroids, dodge enemy saucers, and grab the XP orbs and coins they drop.
Level up mid-run
Filling your XP bar triggers a LEVEL UP - pick one of three upgrade cards (Common → Legendary), from Piercing Rounds and Plasma Aura to Nova pulses, Lightning and coin Magnets. Builds compound fast, so no two runs play the same.
Spend and upgrade
Coins buy ship colours, hulls and thrusters in the Shop. Earn Level Tokens as your pilot levels up and spend them on permanent ship-class perks like Reinforced Hull, Heavy Rounds and Tractor Beam.
Pick your sector
Asteroid Belt, Nebula, Ice Field or Inferno, each with its own density, enemy, speed and reward modifiers. Higher sectors are tougher and pay more.
Survive the events
The field never sits still. Mid-run events hit with a shockwave and screen shake - EMP Burst, Enemy Attack, Gravity Storm, Asteroid Shower, Coin Rain and more.
Climb the leaderboard
Your best runs sync to the global Daily, Weekly, Monthly boards, with your pilot-level badge next to your name. Unlock achievements as you go.
Public Test release
ASTEROIDZ is playable and being polished. Feedback and high scores welcome. Jump in, run a few games, and leave a review to let me know what you think.
