Bamboo Farmer

Harvest bamboo, sell it for money, buy upgrades, unlock new farm stages, and repeat — with long-term progression through skill points, pets, prestige, and leaderboards.

Harvesting

• Swing to harvest bamboo with an AoE system that pulls nearby plants into the same swing
• Strength — how many crops you clear per swing
• Range — how wide your harvest AoE is
• Bamboo grows in 6 tiers (Stages 1–6) — you need a matching tool tier to harvest tougher bamboo

Farm World (Stages 1–6)

• Stage 1 (Home) — your hub with vendors and sell zones
• Stages 2–6 — large bamboo fields that unlock as you progress
• Farm gates — pay to unlock new areas and open them in the teleport menu
• Distance culling — only nearby bamboo renders for performance in huge fields
• Teleport — press H to return home, T to open the stage teleport menu

Tools & Progression

• Tool progression (Stages 1–6) — knife → axes; each tier lets you harvest stronger bamboo
• Upgrades vendor (Tools tab) — buy higher-tier harvest tools with money
• Anvil — upgrade your equipped tool's Strength, Range, Yield, and XP Yield
• Character upgrades (money) — Backpack capacity, Movement Speed, Harvest Yield, Sell Multiplier

Leveling & Points Shop

• Gain XP from harvesting and level up to earn Skill Points
• Spend skill points in the Points Shop for permanent upgrades: Speed, Yield, Range, Strength, Sell
• Refund All — reset Points Shop purchases and get your points back
• Playtime rewards — every 15 minutes, earn a skill point and a key

Pets

• 24 pet species with 1–5 star rarities
• Open pet cases with keys for random rolls
• Combine 3 pets of the same species and star into a higher-star pet
• Equip up to 6 pets — unlock extra slots by prestiging
• Pets grant bonuses like Speed, Yield, Sell, Backpack, Range, and Strength, and follow you in the world

Storage & Inventory

• Full inventory / hotbar / gear UI with drag-and-drop
• Storage chest — store items (some items are deleted on prestige)
• Expand chest storage with upgrades

Economy

• Sell Zone — walk in to sell bamboo for money (boosted by sell multipliers)
• Money — buy character upgrades and harvest tools
• Keys — open pet cases (from prestige, playtime, and other rewards)

Prestige (The Great Prestige Panda)

• Reset your run for permanent bonuses:
• Resets: money, bamboo, character upgrades, and harvest tools (back to starter knife)
• Keeps: level/XP, skill points, Points Shop upgrades, storage chest, prestige bonuses
• Rewards: permanent yield/sell bonuses (+10% every 10th prestige), movement speed (+5% every 5th prestige), bonus skill points, and keys

Multiplayer & Competition

• Leaderboards track highest prestige, level, bamboo collected, money earned, and time played.

NPCs & Interaction

• Look at vendors and gates and press Use to interact: Upgrades vendor, Anvil, Prestige Panda, Pet Manager, Storage Chest, Teleport Portal, and farm gates

Bamboo Farmer is still very much a work in progress — more areas, systems, and polish are on the way.
