Garden Empire is a multiplayer farming game where you start with three carrot seeds and a patch of dirt, and end up running a plot of Divine crops that sell for millions. Grab some friends, claim a plot in the shared hub, and start planting — everything keeps growing while you're logged off.
How it plays
You buy seeds, plant them, wait for them to ripen, and sell the harvest to the Buyer. Coins go into better seeds, gear, pets, permanent upgrades, or expanding your plot into new rows and columns.
The twist is weight and mutations. Every crop rolls a weight when planted and its value scales on that, so a fat Dragonfruit is worth far more than a scrawny one. Then the weather shows up. Rain leaves crops Wet (×2). A thunderstorm can leave them Shocked (×80). Mutations stack multiplicatively, so the right crop caught in the right weather is a payday you'll remember.
Crops grow on real time and keep growing while you're away. A Carrot takes three minutes. A World Tree Sapling takes twelve hours. Plan accordingly.
Features
- 15 crops across 6 rarities — Carrot through to the World Tree Sapling, spanning Common → Uncommon → Rare → Legendary → Mythical → Divine. Seeds run from 10 coins to 10 million. Some are single-harvest; others regrow and keep paying out.
- 11 stacking mutations — Wet ×2, Chilled ×3, Pollinated ×4, Bloodlit ×6, Honeyed ×10, Frozen ×12, Golden ×15, Sundried ×40, Rainbow ×50, Shocked ×80 and Celestial ×100. They multiply together, and they carry through harvest into your backpack.
- 11 weather events — rain, golden rain, storms, thunder, frost, fog, heatwave, bee swarms, sunshine, meteor showers, and a Blood Moon that only rises at night. Each one works on whatever's in the ground.
- Buy the weather — the Sky Altar sells events outright. Cooldowns and a rising surcharge stop anyone monopolising the sky.
- 8 pets from 3 eggs — Bunny, Mole, Squirrel, Sparrow, Tortoise, Owl, Sunny Beetle, and the Legendary Butterfly. They auto-water, gild crops Golden, roll Rainbows, refund and dig up seeds, fatten harvests, and speed up hatching. Eggs cost 50K to 5M and take 10 minutes to 4 hours.
- 10 permanent upgrades — from the Botanist: weight, growth speed, extra harvests, watering power, shop luck, mutation chance, backpack capacity, sell value, event protection and extra shop slots. Five levels each, prices climbing 2.2× per level.
- 9 tools — Watering Can, Shovel, Trowel, Harvest Scythe, Favourite Marker, and four tiers of sprinkler (Basic → Advanced → Godly → Honey) that water, fatten and mutate everything in range while you're off doing something else.
- Plot expansion — three unlocks: +4 columns for 250K, +4 more for 5M, +6 rows for 50M.
- Offline growth — crops ripen on wall-clock time whether the game is running or not. Log back in to a full plot.
- Six vendors — Seed Seller, Gear Vendor, Egg Incubator, Botanist, Sky Altar and the Buyer, with limited stock on a restock timer.
- Daily quests — three fresh objectives a day: harvest, sell, and live through a weather event.
- Multiplayer up to 8 — everyone gets their own plot, wallet, pets and upgrades in a shared hub. Gift crops to other players. Voice and text chat included.
- Leaderboard — lifetime coins earned, all-time.
- Completely peaceful — no combat, no damage, no death. Nothing on this farm can hurt you.
