About

HEGEMON

Conquer. Expand. Dominate. Become the Hegemon.

Hegemon is a fast-paced 2D strategy and conquest game where every decision shapes the fate of your empire. Start with a single province and expand your influence across the map, claiming neutral lands, reinforcing your borders, and launching calculated offensives against rival nations.

But raw aggression won't carry you to the top. Manage your economy, hold key positions, and adapt to a battlefield that never stops shifting. The seasons turn against you: autumn fills your treasury, winter chokes your growth and income. Open new fronts with directional breakthroughs, dominate the seas with your navy, and when the time comes, settle it with nuclear fire.

Climb the Ranks

Every match counts. The reworked Ranked system starts everyone at 500 and makes the climb something you earn: winning rewards skill, losing actually costs. Solo play takes you up to 1050 Elo, beyond that, the ladder is yours to claim only in multiplayer, where the very top of the rankings is decided. Check your standing on the global leaderboard and chase the rank you deserve.

What's next

Hegemon is in active development. Coming soon: IMPERIUM, a multiplayer-only mode built for longer, deeper, more strategic campaigns, closer to the grand-strategy feel of Hearts of Iron IV. A singleplayer Campaign mode is also planned, with the current game becoming the core "quick match" experience.

Whether you favor relentless conquest, patient territorial control, or the opportunistic strike, only the strongest leaders will rise above their rivals.
