About
The Booth Is Yours
It's the middle of the night. Grab a tape, pick up the phone, and keep the station on air — however you like. One shift, 10 PM to 6 AM, eight real hours. Pause any time — that's your save point, and the clock waits for you. Everything past that, you earn.
Nobody's watching. Nobody's grading you. Just you, the mic, and whatever's on the shelf tonight.
What You'll Do
- Run the booth — load tapes, work the board, keep the dead air out until sign-off
- Bring your own music — drop your own mp3s into the correct folder shown on the INFO page and they're playable in-game: dub them to tape, press them to your own vinyl
- Take the call — the phone doesn't care if you're broadcasting or not; whether callers go out live is up to you. 60+ tailored callers, voiced and subtitled to match their own cadence.
- Plug in and play — guitars, bass, and a melodica you chain together yourself with the pedals and pedal board. Rock on!
- Work the desktop — mail-order gear, beats on STUDIO.EXE, whatever else is running on that PC
- Make it yours — walls, floors, wallpaper, speakers — redecorate the whole station
- Dig for what's hidden — the main menu's got interactables worth clicking, and the laptop takes terminal commands. Poke around.
Put the Time In
Work your shift, decide how you handle people's late-night calls. Playing audio from the cassette deck, talking on the mic (unmuted), and playing instruments all earn you points — some at higher rates than others. The shop never hides what you can't afford yet; it's sitting right there on the shelf, priced and waiting. Keep the noise going and you'll unlock the good stuff.
