About
Balls Out is team dodgeball for up to 24 players. Red and blue throw until one side has nobody left in.
How a round works
- Hit a player with a live ball and they are out.
- Catch a throw and the thrower is out. One of your teammates comes back in.
- Catch in the first quarter second for a clean catch. Your next throw is faster.
- A ball that touches the floor is dead. Pick it up and throw it again.
- Pass your ball to a teammate who has none.
- Hit a teammate and you knock them down. They stay in.
- The round ends when a team is all out. After 3 minutes it is sudden death, and catches stop bringing teammates back. Most points wins.
When you are out
You are not done. Out players walk the sideline around the court. Throw oranges at the other team's out players, or tackle them, to knock them down.
Powerups
- Big Balls: every ball you pick up is huge.
- Speed Boost: run faster.
- Bouncy Boots: jump higher.
- Rubber Shield: balls bounce back at the thrower.
- Revive: brings a teammate back in.
- Super Vision: see the other team through walls.
Six arenas
- Open arena: a large outdoor court with ramps, towers, jump pads and street cover.
- Classic court: a small gym with a center line. You can cross it, but you cannot throw from the other side.
- Backrooms: yellow walls and pillars to hide behind.
- The Works: sliding walls and rising pistons.
- Poolrooms: a pool on the center line. Balls splash and float.
- Warehouse: crates break and barrels explode.
Play alone or with friends
- Play solo: AI players fill both teams and the match starts at once.
- Host match: opens a lobby. Friends join and ready up, then the host starts. AI players can fill the empty spots.
- The player with the most hits in a match is the MVP.
- Earn levels, unlock achievements and climb the leaderboards.
