Welcome to Plotter, a tabletop-inspired city builder where every player helps shape the same city - and competes to make their mark.
Choose building cards from a shared market, then place homes, shops, parks and roads alongside your rivals’ creations. Look for useful neighbours, grow your income and find the best spots before someone else does.
Over eight rounds, your choices build a lively little city. When the final points are counted, the player with the highest score wins.
