About File-Lib

This library adds the following things:
1. ArchiveFile, an implementation of ZipFile, accessed through BaseFileSystem
2. SafeStreamWriter, as an alternative to StreamWriter
3. DataCompression, small utility class for compressing and decompressing data
4. Adds some functions to BinaryWriter and BinaryReader to help with save file version control
