## Description

Search Filter
Dockable inspector search panel for the current selection (and optional children). It scans once, caches a flat snapshot, and filters names/values quickly.

Features
- Safe mode: set a base term, then refine within those results per keystroke.
- Live mode: updates as you type and when the selection changes.
- Snapshot caching for fast re-queries.
- Optional nested flag support (RenderOptions).

Usage
1) View → Search Filter (dockable).
2) Select an object; pick scope (selected vs children).
3) Safe mode: type a term, press Enter, then refine.
4) Live mode: type to filter immediately.
5) Use the cog for options and display toggles.

Notes
Built for dense prefabs and large scenes; use it as a fast, focused inspector search.
