Ramp Up is an open world gamemode aiming to be fun, featuring a wide range of vehicles, activities, and more... It's mostly gonna be inspired by old GTA games (and other GTA-like games)

The goal is ofc not to aim for a "GTA 6" rival, I'm not a multi billion $ company lol But it's going to be a "mini-GTA" typed game with small simple goals.
Right now I already have a car controller, boat controller, heli controller, plane controller and a motorcycle controller.
In terms of gameplay I'm aiming for a basic PVP game at first, but this will extend in the future.
In terms of map, I'm not aiming for something too big, there is 4 islands and the total map size is around 7~8 km² right now.

- What is the plan for this project ?

This project is meant to be a “soft GTA-like” kinda like Schedule I/It's only money. I always wanted to make my own little GTA inspired game and S&box seem perfect for that.

- Are you working solo or as part of a team ?

As I'm speaking yep I'm working solo, I'm mainly doing the programming work, but I also make the sound design, modeling, texturing, shaders and more... (or at least for the most part), if that's not done by myself, I'm using other content either from S&Box cloud workshop or external artists. (See credits below)

- What is your background ?

I'm a self-taught C++ dev with around ~8 years of experience (but I also have experience with C\# and other languages), I've spent years modding GTA V singleplayer, worked on FiveM, and also did some modding for Saints Row The Third Remastered.

- What features will be added in the future ?

Right now this project is still really early, so there is no long plan features, but here is some ideas I've in mind right now:
- More vehicles variety
- More weapons
- Quests and activities in freeroam
- Properties & businesses to purchase
