## Description

A MONOLITH of solid cubes hangs in the void. Take it apart.
MONOLITH is an arcade mining game about breaking a shape faster than it can break you. Every cube you remove pays dust, dust buys upgrades, and upgrades remove more cubes. Clear the shape and the next one condenses in its place, a hundred stages deep.
Nothing out here can kill you. Plenty of it can take the stage back. Searchlights sweep for you and lock on. Turrets radio your position. Something crawls along the floor and gets faster the longer it chases. Half the ground turns lethal every few seconds and gives you one second of warning. Shoot a red cube and the blast throws burning rock down around your feet, which is your own reward trying to move you somewhere worse.
So you learn to move. Time your landings for a bigger hop, dash out of a beam in mid-air, or spend a demolition charge on the floor and rocket jump out of trouble, giving up the biggest mining tool you have to buy a few seconds of distance.
Reach stage 100 and collapse: lose your dust and your upgrades, keep permanent cores, and climb the same ladder faster. Or take everything you have earned to the shared Monolith, sixteen million cubes that everyone on the server is working on at once.
