À propos

🦖🍗 You are a dinosaur. You are also a chicken nugget. Survive anyway.

Dino Nuggs is a multiplayer survival game where you hatch as a tiny breaded dinosaur and fight, feed and herd your way up to a giant. Every other dinosaur on the island is breaded, hungry, or both. 🍟

🆕 LATEST: PRESTIGE & THE DEEP: a deep-ocean ring around the island, mountains, mesas and canyons, class prestige with six nugget coatings, charging, living tails and more.

🏝️ THE ISLE OF NUGS

  • ⛰️ Mountain ranges with canyons to walk through, cliff-walled mesas, plateaus and forest clearings
  • 🌊 Lakes with real deep middles, and a ring of deep ocean all around, ready for swimmers
  • 🌦️ Day and night, plus rain and storms that roll in on their own
  • 📍 Press M for the island map and find your friends

🦕 PICK YOUR NUGGET

  • 🥚 31 playable dinosaurs across five classes: Grazers, Raptors, Horned & Armoured, Sauropods and Tyrants
  • 📏 Every species has its own size, speed, stamina, bite, diet and roar
  • 🔓 Earn XP per dino, per class and across your account to hatch new species, all the way up to the T. rex 👑
  • 🦅🐋 Flyers and swimmers coming soon

🍖 SURVIVE THE WILD

  • ❤️ Hunger, thirst, stamina and health all matter
  • 🎯 Aim your bites (land them and the breading flies)
  • 🐂 Horned dinos can charge: sprint, hold bite and ram
  • 🌿 Plant eaters browse trees, bushes and shrubs, and what your dino can eat glows softly
  • 😋 Overeat to grow faster, but get STUFFED and slow
  • 💩 Pee and poo to scent-mark your territory
  • 🦡 Watch out for the Repenomamus. It loves a hatchling.

👀 A LIVING ISLAND

  • 🐾 Herds, packs and loners fill the land around you, and the wild keeps repopulating
  • 🐸 Frogs, crickets and dragonflies make a crunchy snack for little carnivores
  • 👁️ Dinos turn their heads and give you a side-eye when they notice you, and their tails swing with every stride
  • 🌾 Plants lean out of the way as you push through
  • 🛸 Something has been spotted in the night sky. Keep watching.

🌟 GROW BIG, GROW A FAMILY, PRESTIGE

  • 📈 Every meal makes you bigger
  • 🪺 Fully grown? Find a mate, build a nest and hatch the next generation of nuggets
  • 🏆 Max out a class to prestige and unlock nugget coatings: 🌶️ Spicy, 🍋 Garlic Lemon Pepper, 🔥 Grilled, 🍗 Buffalo, 👻 Ghost Pepper and ✨ Golden
  • 🎖️ Achievements for every dino you unlock and master

🎮 PLAY WITH FRIENDS

  • 🎙️ Proximity voice chat: hear the dinos near you, and they hear you
  • 👥 See the whole lobby with TAB, and share your location or keep it to yourself
  • 🤝 Survive together, or hunt each other

📚 NEW HERE?

  • Catfish - lurk on the bottom by banks and boulders
  • Piranhas - school in the rivers, and they bite back if you wade in near them
  • Fishing - catch fish while you're in the water
  • Lake, river and sea beds - rocks, boulders and underwater cliffs
  • Water plants - sway with the current and part around you as you swim through
  • Long weed and seaweed - grow taller the deeper the water

  • Floating algae - collects around the lilies and reeds
  • Coming soon: Flyers - Rahonavis, Archaeopteryx and Pterodactyl
  • Coming soon: Swimmers - Deinosuchus (a giant prehistoric alligator), Mosasaurus and Megalodon

Improved

  • River ripples - bigger and less tiled, matching the lakes and the sea
  • Rivers and lakes - join cleanly, and the water colour blends from one into the other
  • Reeds and cattails - grow in thick bunches and wade out into the water
  • Riverbeds - sand, pebbles and mud instead of grass
  • Cliffs - only appear on steep ground
  • Fine grass - matches the two meadow greens
  • Fewer bugs - fewer beetles and grasshoppers, and about 30% fewer frogs and dragonflies
  • Frogs - hop into the water and swim
  • Critters - run straight away from dinos instead of zig-zagging
  • Spinosaurus - over three times its old swim speed, and holds its breath for 90 seconds

Fixed

  • Tarn of the Summit - the water no longer hangs past the edge of its plateau
Version 1.7 ROLLING ON THE RIVER Rivers - Six rivers now run across the Isle of Nugs, from the mountains down to the lakes and the sea. The dry west, north and south-west finally have water: over half the island used to be more than a kilometre from… 18 modifications

Added

  • Rivers - Six rivers now run across the Isle of Nugs, from the mountains down to the lakes and the sea. The dry west, north and south-west finally have water: over half the island used to be more than a kilometre from fresh water, now it's about a quarter
  • Tarn of the Summit - A mountain lake high on the western peak, spilling off the mountain in a cascade of waterfalls down to the sea
  • Strange Spring - A glowing turquoise hot spring on top of the plateau that steams day and night. Its creek runs off the plateau's cliff edge as a waterfall
  • Waterfalls - Rivers drop over ledges as real waterfalls, with mist and splashes where they land
  • River Rocks - Boulders sit in the rivers and the current breaks around them in ripples and spray
  • Micro Grass - Fine, dense short grass on sunny open ground breaks up the flat ground under your feet
  • River Current - Rivers carry you downstream when you swim or wade. Swim against it to fight the flow
  • Splashes & Wakes - Dinos splash when they jump or fall into water, and leave a wake as they wade and swim
  • Sticks - Every now and then a stick falls out of a tree. Pick it up in your mouth with E, drop it in a river and watch it float away
  • Night Vision - Carnivores press F to see nearby dinos glowing red, even through the dark and the grass
  • Rivers on the Map - The island map (M) now shows the rivers, the tarn and the spring

Improved

  • Darker Nights - Nights are properly dark now and the far trees turn into silhouettes against the sky
  • Underwater - Diving under water now tints and fogs your view
  • Rain - Raindrops splash on the ground and on the water
  • Spawning - New hatchlings start close to fresh water
  • Digestion - Pee and poop now build up as your food and water digest, instead of with every bite
  • Drinking - Your dino now holds its head down at the water while you drink

Known issues
